Blak'd Out, founded by Robert Lindsey, is an independent Florida-based brand with subsidiaries and silent partnerships spanning multiple industries. Blak'd Out engages in a wide range of functions within the music and entertainment industry, with Blak'd Out Records and Blak'd Out Apparel as its most publicly prominent brands.

Blak'd Out Records is the label arm of the brand. It searches for, identifies and develops raw talent, releasing records independently and pushing a sound built on heavy metal and hip-hop influences filtered through bass music.

The label later launched REBOOT'D Records for new and upcoming artists, while Blak'd Out Apparel carries the brand outside of music.

Since its founding, Blak'd Out has released records with Grammy winners, Academy Award winners and multi-platinum artists, including Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Juicy J, Xzibit, Cam'ron, Project Pat, Paul Wall, Kurupt, MC Eiht, Lil' Flip and KXNG Crooked.
