Who we are

This site is operated by Blak'd Out, the independent brand behind Blak'd Out Records, Blak'd Out Apparel and Bobby Blakdout. Questions about this policy can be sent to management@blakdout.com.

Information we collect

• Demo submissions. Artist name, legal name, email, phone, location, genre, streaming and social links, biography and any message you include.
• Contact and booking requests. Name, email, inquiry type, subject and message.
• Technical data. Basic request information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

Information is used only to review demos, respond to booking, licensing, press and general inquiries, operate and improve the site, and, where you have asked for it, send label news. We do not sell your information.

Embedded content

Release pages embed Spotify players and link to third-party platforms such as Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud and social networks. Those services set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies once you interact with them.

Storage, retention and security

Submissions and messages are stored in a managed, access-controlled database and are visible only to authorized Blak'd Out staff. We keep them for as long as needed to evaluate an artist or answer an inquiry, and no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing management@blakdout.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as the label and the site evolve. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
